Thank you for shopping with Boutique Americana Mystery Scoops! We carefully select and pack every order with the goal of making your mystery experience fun, exciting, and full of surprises.

Because many of our products are selected specifically as part of a mystery experience, our return and refund policy is a little different from a traditional retail store. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

⭐ Mystery Scoops, Freedom Capsules & Mystery Boxes

All Mystery Scoop prizes, Freedom Capsules, True Mystery Boxes, and other mystery-style products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when Boutique Americana has made an error with your order.

The surprise is part of the Boutique Americana experience. Specific products, colors, patterns, styles, brands, or categories are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

We cannot provide a return, replacement, exchange, or refund because:

• You do not like a particular mystery item.

• You would have preferred a different color, style, design, or category.

• You already own a similar item.

• An item is not something you personally would have selected.

• The assortment is different from another customer's order or an order shown in a video or on social media.

• You change your mind after your order has been processed.

We encourage customers to enjoy the mystery and consider gifting or sharing any surprise that may not be the perfect fit for them.

📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want to make things right if there is a genuine problem with your order.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you believe you received an item in error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

• Photographs of the shipping packaging if the package was damaged during transit

Please keep the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Once reviewed, Boutique Americana may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

🎥 Video Scoop Reveals

Once a Mini Video Scoop Reveal or Full Video Scoop Reveal has been created or production has begun, the video service is non-refundable.

If we are unable to provide a purchased video reveal due to an error on our part, we will refund the amount paid for the video service.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests; however, because orders may begin being prepared shortly after purchase, cancellation is not guaranteed once order preparation has begun.

Orders that have already been scooped, revealed, curated, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

📬 Shipping Issues

Boutique Americana is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and its contents and contact us promptly so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
